Looking for a Road Bike: 64cm or bigger! I\'m new to road biking!

I\'m a PhD student at Cornell, and I\'m really excited to begin road biking and commuting. I\'m in desperate need of a good bike that I can afford. So, I thought I\'d try my luck here. I\'m six foot six, so need something appropriately sized. I\'m guessing around 64CM?
